Matured in two peated casks, Italian red wine, Californian red wine, Mizunara, virgin French oak, Cognac and brandy casks. Complex and intense on both the nose and the palate, with the two distinct peated casks offering woodsmoke and a bracing coastal note. Sweet red fruits from the red wine cask intertwine with the French oak, Cognac and Mizunara to give a deep gamey, nutty core to the palate, with notes of dark chocolate.
