1998 La Chapelle de La Mission Haut-Brion
Palate is Silky smooth velvety texture glides through your mouth, this is a sheer luxury! Rich minerals and a little sweet keep evolving over the next few hours over the course of the meal and yes, just pop and poured, no decanting. The complexity and the finish of it are quite sublime! Not totally mature yet in my view, can be kept for at least five years, very impressive and very well made!
